Terms of ServiceWe are currently offering free shipping on all of our saddles for a limited time only. This offer will end without notice.
Items are generally shipped the same day or next day after receipt of payment, depending on our workload. Not including weekends and Holidays. Need your items faster? Let us know we can ship overnight, 2 day express or other alternatives.
Merchandise is usually shipped via Federal Express (FedEx), USPS or UPS and normally takes between 3-5 days. We will only ship to physical addresses since our carriers do not deliver to post office boxes.
If you require shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, we can accommodate you, but we ask that you email your product list and the shipping address for delivery. We will send you a quote for shipping so you may proceed if desired.
If you wish to expedite an order, we offer “Next day” and “2nd day” delivery, however you must contact us before your order is processed so we can calculate the shipping and handling charge and to arrange the order.
We ask that all items be inspected at the time of delivery and that any damages which are evident be noted with the carrier prior to them leaving the shipment. Discrepancies in orders need to be made directly to our company within 3 business days. If not reported within the proper timeline we will not be held responsible. We have no control of merchandise once it leaves our possession - therefore you are responsible for inspection prior to use.
We do not accept returns on any of our merchandise unless it was an item you recieve from us which was "not as described" on our site or If you recieve the wrong item. We go through great lenghts to make sure all orders are accurate.
All returns must be APPROVED! Products must be must be in original packaging, and original unused condition. If you receive merchandise that is incorrect or unserviceable, we will exchange, or discount the product to YOUR satisfaction. Any exchanges or returns must be made within 5 days of receiving merchandise.
**We make no guarantee of fit, therefore items cannot be returned because of fit! The limit of our liability is the replacement cost less shipping of any item you purchase from us.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover or electronic check from your bank through PayPal. We do this for your security at the time of checkout. You are not required to have (or open) an account with PayPal and can complete your checkout as a guest on their secure paymet site. Prices and offers are subject to change at any time without notice.
We do not offer shipping outside of the USA.
